Super inspiring! The question I often struggle with most is, "How do you know if something is worth pursuing?"

There's so much opportunity out there, and the world is changing so quickly, it's hard not to get pulled in many different directions. Not a month goes by I don't spot some untapped idea that seems to have big potential.

But what I've realized is that a great idea is only like 10% of the battle. 90% is in the execution. And that takes persistent focus, determination, and hard work. Like you said: "Writing really is a long-term game."

I think we could substitute in many careers and hobbies for "writing" and it would be true :)
